I started pickleball last year and got completely addicted lol. This helps me wake up feeling ready to play again instead of so stiff.

Jenna Thorpe

I’m 70 and play four or five days a week because honestly I’m hooked. The playing part was never the problem, it was later that evening and the next morning when everything tightened up. I’ve been taking this at night for six weeks and I’m sleeping better and recovering faster. Not magic, I still stretch, but I’m not planning my whole week around soreness anymore.

Zach

I’m 62 and this has helped me sleep through the night after I play. My muscles feel very relaxed at night, thank you.

Ordering my third bottle!

Big Jim

Didn’t expect much but I’m not begging my body to recover for two days now. 58 by the way!

Veri R.

Sleeping better and way less sore after pickleball.

Kathy Cable

Thank you. I am now an auto-ship member, I've been getting free products from them. I would recommend 100 times.

Robert

At 67 I had pretty much accepted I’d always be sore if I wanted to keep playing. I tried a lot of stuff. Some of it helped a little but I still couldn’t sleep well after a long day on the courts. This is the first thing I’ve kept using because I actually notice the difference in my soreness. Court Life Labs for life.

Results and what to expect

How long until I feel a difference?

Some people notice they feel more relaxed at night within the first few uses. For sleep and recovery, use it consistently for several weeks before judging your results. Everyone responds differently.

What will it actually feel like?

It shouldn’t feel like a sleeping pill or pain medication. You may notice that you unwind more easily, sleep more restfully, and wake up feeling less stiff after playing.

Will it make me sleepy or groggy?

Court Recovery isn’t a sedative and contains no melatonin. It supports your body’s natural relaxation and sleep processes without the typical “sleeping pill” hangover.

What if I don't notice anything?

Make sure you’re taking the complete three-capsule serving every day—not only when you play. Some benefits can be subtle, so pay attention to how you sleep and how your body feels the following morning. (You're also covered by our 100% satisfaction Guarantee)

Is this for me?

I already sleep fine. Can this still help me?

Yes. Even if you sleep okay, your body still may be avoiding deep sleep. Magnesium also supports normal muscle relaxation, nerve function, and post-exercise recovery. You don’t need to have insomnia to benefit from it.

I’m only sore after I play. Will this still help?

That’s exactly when your recovery routine matters. Court Recovery is designed to support muscle relaxation and restful sleep after playing, so your body can recover before your next game.

Is this just regular magnesium?

The active ingredient is magnesium glycinate—there’s no mystery proprietary blend. We chose this highly absorbable, stomach-friendly form and built Court Recovery specifically as a simple nighttime recovery routine for pickleball players.

I'm over 50. Can I take this?

Absolutely. In fact, that's exactly who magnesium tends to help most.

Safety and side effects

Will it upset my stomach or cause diarrhea?

Magnesium glycinate is considered one of the gentler forms of magnesium. To be sure, we recommend taking it with food may help.

Can I take it with my medications?

Magnesium can interfere with certain antibiotics, osteoporosis medications, diuretics, and other prescriptions. Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether you need to separate your medication and magnesium doses.

Are there any side effects?

Most people tolerate magnesium glycinate well. Possible side effects include stomach discomfort or loose stools. Stop taking it and contact a healthcare professional if you experience an unusual reaction.

Is it tested and clean?

Court Recovery is 3rd party tested, NSF certified, and GMP certified. It is manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility. The formula is vegetarian, non-GMO, gluten-free, lactose-free, allergen-free, and contains no artificial additives.

How to use it

How many capsules do I take?

Take three capsules once daily.

When should I take it—morning or night?

We recommend taking it in the evening as part of your nighttime recovery routine.

Do I take it on days I don’t play?

Yes. Magnesium works best as consistent daily nutritional support, so continue taking it on both playing and rest days.

Can I take it with my other supplements?

Yes, magnesium pairs well with most supplements.

Ordering, shipping, and guarantees

Do you accept refunds?

Yes. Court Recovery is protected by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Contact our support team and we’ll help make it right.

How long does shipping take?

We try out best to get orders out within 24 hours of ordering, sometimes it can take a bit longer. Transit time is between 2-5 days.

How long does one bottle last?

Each bottle contains 90 capsules. At the recommended serving of three capsules daily, one bottle lasts 30 days.

Do you offer auto-ship option?

Yes. Becoming an auto-ship member is the best choice for serious players. You get 20% off of over order, locked in price, priority stock, and milestone rewards. Most importantly you get in the habit of staying consistent, which is where the best results come from.
